Nutrition 101, Habits and Macros is based on the latest nutritional research and is designed to be flexible and easy to implement. Coach Steph will provide you with the tools and support needed to help you reach your goals.

 

This program is completely online through a web-based app compatible with your smartphone*. Here you'll have the most important content regarding nutrition at your fingertips.

Help women to boost their metabolism, stabilize their blood sugar, and create happy hormones.

Making these goals a reality by:

  • Creating and implementing sustainable habits.

  • Teaching you how your body works and how hormones play a huge role in your overall health.

  • Using macronutrients (protein/fat/carbs) instead of calorie counting.

  • Acknowledging how things like stress and sleep disrupt hormones. 

  • Making goals and plans and then checking back in to see how we did.
