Online Nutrition Coaching

10-week Online Nutrition Program for Women via App

My approach to nutrition is simple: build a higher, more flexible metabolism. How do we achieve that? Through mindful food choices we will balance your blood sugar (eliminating cravings) and create happy hormones (hormones run your body)! I won't restrict you with a meal plan, because my strategy of plate building is SO much easier and more freeing!

Even people who know about the right ways to each, don't implement it because they don't build habits slowly, over time. This program addresses that!

The Nutrition 101 Habits and Macros program lasts 10 weeks with the option to continue for further, in depth learning.

Personal Training

Custom Fitness Plans All Done Online via an App!

We don't exercise to burn a couple dozen calories...we exercise to increase muscle mass, which increases basal metabolic rate (BMR). So what does that all mean? It means stop with the cardio for weight loss. It's not helping you with FAT loss, it's just using your muscles as a fuel source so they're shrinking and along with that your metabolism shrinks. Yikes! 

 

My  Personal Training gives you a tailored approach to your unique body and goals while also giving you the flexibility to work out wherever you are most comfortable whether that's at home, at the gym, outdoors, or elsewhere! My app goes where you go!​

Powerline Pitching

In-Person Softball Pitching Lessons for Girls and Teams

We have three kids. One boy, then two girls. When our oldest daughter got interested in pitching we put a mound in the backyard. Soon after, my younger one wanted some lessons, too. This has progressed to full nets, buckets of pitching aids and balls, and lessons for girls from dozens of local teams of all age and ability levels.

I LOVE beginners! I love showing girls who are new to pitching how to work up to proper mechanics! 

​

Core Correction for Moms

3-Session In-Person Program - Currently by Referral Only

An estimated 1 in 2 women experience abdominal separation, Diastasis Recti, and even more have a non-functioning transverse abdominis muscle. This is due to the trauma of pregnancy. Delivery and postpartum child-rearing make these matters worse. I'm here to help moms restore their core and rebuild fundamental strength!

 

My in-person Core Correction for Moms solution is an 8-10 week program designed to:

  • Assess how pregnancy has changed your core. 

  • Teach my Core Set way of engaging your postpartum core.

  • Train your core x10-12 minutes daily following along with my app. Exercises will be selected for you based on your assessment and the improvements you make each week with three in-person sessions.
